January 2027 – City Retreat Graz & Online (Jetthe Fabioola)

City Retreat with Jetthe Fabioola in Graz (Styria) and online via Zoom

Finding Forgotten Allies
Love in The Ally Mandala

Date

Friday, 29 January (2027), 18:30 – 21:00 Introduction (see below)

Saturday, 30 January, 10:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 18:00

Sunday, 31 January, 10:00 – 13:00 with subsequent lunch together

We begin with an introduction on Friday evening. This evening is especially helpful for people who have no experience with Feeding Your Demons or Mandala meditation. You will learn the background of the practices and experience how they support transformation.

Since we will work with deep personal processes, we kindly ask you to join for the whole retreat from Friday to Sunday.

Content

The Ally Mandala is an awareness practice in which we transform inner demons into allies through archetypal images. We resurrect some of what we have been in need of and forgotten, that we once drew support and nourishment from.

Through meditation, you meet forgotten allies – playmates, teachers, other adults, heroes from films and books who helped or inspired you. And through this new awareness, you may cultivate them as supportive role models and as aspects of yourself. In this way, new nourishing images are recreated; of the maternal and the paternal, the female and the male within ourselves – and in the world.

During the weekend, we bring forth four voices; four good inner allies from the past, who, as real or fictional figures, were important to us – and may now, on an inner level, help us further along the path towards becoming more enlightened and, not least, strengthen our current relationships.

Language

The retreat will be held in very simple and clear English.
Jetthe speaks slowly and understandably. She also understands German, so you can always ask questions in German.

In small group exercises or pair dialogues, you are free to speak German or English – whatever feels easier.
If there is anything you don’t understand, don’t worry – other participants are always happy to help with translation!

In past retreats, everyone – even with little English – felt comfortable and could follow the process easily.
