City Retreat with Jetthe Fabioola in Graz (Styria) and online via Zoom
„Dancing with Your Relational Allies (DRA)“
(how to stop dancing with your Demons)
Date
Friday, 23 January (2026), 18:30 – 21:00 Introduction (see below)
Saturday, 24 January, 10:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 18:00
Sunday, 25 January, 10:00 – 13:00 with subsequent lunch together
We begin with an introduction on Friday evening. This evening is especially helpful for people who have no experience with the method Feeding Your Demons or DRA. You will learn the background of the practice and how it supports transformation.
For those who have worked with FYD before, this evening will be a good refresh and entry into the weekend.
Since we will work with deep personal processes, we kindly ask you to join for the whole retreat from Friday to Sunday.
Language
The retreat will be held in very simple and clear English.
Jetthe speaks slowly and understandably. She also understands German, so you can always ask questions in German.
In small group exercises or pair dialogues, you are free to speak German or English – whatever feels easier.
If you don’t understand something, don’t worry – other participants are always happy to help with translation.
In past retreats, everyone – even with little English – felt comfortable and could follow the process easily.
Location
On site in the „Weltweitwandern“ office building (Gaswerkstraße 99, 8020 Graz, map).
The retreat also takes place online via Zoom.

Content
We all “dance with demons” in our relationships – meaning, we repeat old, unconscious patterns that often lead to conflict and pain.
Dancing with Your Relational Allies (DRA) is a transformative and creative mandala practice. It helps us to meet our differences with openness, empathy, and curiosity – so that these differences can enrich our relationships instead of causing trouble.
The practice focuses on your Allies – your helpful and wise inner qualities. By seeing yourself through the mirror of these Allies, you can move beyond outdated fears and judgments. With openhearted dialogue and clear inner support, you can create deeper, more joyful connections – with yourself and others.
DRA is based on Buddhist philosophy, Jungian and developmental psychology, and is inspired by Scandinavian shamanic traditions.
It is a further development of the method Feeding Your Demons (FYD), and supports healthy boundaries, a warm heart, and a clear mind in your relationships.
This retreat is for anyone who wishes to create more honest, warm, and loving relationships – whether romantic, friendly, family or work-related.
